Harry’s Bb4 was belted, while Abel’s was hit effortlessly in mixed voice meaning his power could be the same as Harry’s or even stronger… but I need to find more videos of Harry hitting that note to make sure it isn’t just a belt lol. Plus Abel is a True Tenor, meaning he has the perfect tenor range, plus more since he has a shocking and high “ping” or extremely resonant falsetto. Harry belts extremely high for being a tenor as well, although there is debate whether he is just a tenor or bari-tenor. I’d say he is a chesty tenor, with outstanding range and resonance with his belts. Both so impressive, there’s no debate! TIE FOR SURE! 💯
I think you can only say "Harry has a better vocals" if you're a huge fan of his, this was not a worthy matchup 😂... Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson & Florence Welch are examples of worthy matchups for The Weeknd
its hard to choose between the two because they are both INCREDIBLE singers. harry can hit those low notes and the high notes, while the weeknd struggles to get the lower ones. but harry doesnt do falsettos as much as the weeknd because its not so natural for him. you can tell it isnt easy for harry to sing the falsettos for a longer period of time, while the weeknd has no problem. they're voices are very different, but if i had to choose between the two, i would choose harry. while the weeknd can do amazing falsettos and has great head notes, harry has a larger range and has a stronger voice.
Comparing them is like Comparing Adele vs Ariana Grande. One is a Alto and the other is a Soprano, so its all about personal prefrence. In th case of Harry vs The Weeknd we are comparing a Baritone (Harry) to a Tenor (The Weeknd). They both are good vocally and each sings in a key that the other isnt the best in. Harry has a nice medium voice so he can project very full in his mid to lower range very full. The weeknd a light high voice so he shines on the middle to upper projection of his voice.
This is my opinion: Low Notes - G2: Tie C3: Harry C#3: Harry D3: Tie Eb3: Harry E3: Harry Belted Notes - G4: Tie G#4: Harry (The Weeknd's was HEAVILY autotuned) A4: Tie Bb4: Harry B4: The Weeknd C5: The Weeknd D5: The Weeknd Falsetto - C5: Tie C#5: Tie D5: The Weeknd Eb5: Harry E5: Harry Lows - Harry > The Weeknd Belts - The Weeknd > Harry Falsetto - Harry > The Weeknd Harry has 14 points and The Weeknd has 10 points. I know people are gonna come at me but it is what it is. Harry has better technique than The Weeknd in all registers, except for vocal agility and belting (even this one is debatable though because The Weeknd has more ease but his mix is really small while Harry's belt has more depth, even if it is strained above G4/G#4).

Maybe your a bass, or a baritone with good developed strong solid technique. I'm a untrained tenor but my lows around like Bb2 are breathy but I can go down to a B1, because I have a strong solid technique. I can also go up to a B5 in my mixed voice so.
Can you do a battle between harry styles and adam lambert. They boy done a cover of girl crush, and we all know adam has an unbelievble voice.. but who does the song more justice?
Harry technically has a better voice. Harry’s belts are chestier because he’s literally belting…the weekend is using a mixed voice so isn’t actually belting those notes…possibly because he can’t…🤷🏼♀️
@@aspireinspire8308 he belts D5 in I was never there live and D5 is in Losers song too after the 2nd verse additionally he also hits a mixed E5 in the knowing around 4:05 in the Audio version on YT

exactly. Harry sounds like he is just shouty notes after b4
Realllll
Yeah like wtf was the point in matching these 2

The weeknd 1000%
Personally I think The Weeknd voice sounds fuller than Harry's. So ima have to go with The Weeknd
The weeknd clears harry so ease

It might be a matter of preference, I prefer Harry's strong chesty belts to the high head head voice falsettos of The Weeknd
Nothing to compare they are both good but different tallent and voice.

Love both of their voices and music but find Harry’s voice to be a bit more versatile and tonally pleasing
Lol

Harry Styles !!!
The weeknd for all of them
Harry Styles is a good singer but the weeknd has a brighter and a better voice
There are 2 differenct types of vocalists and verry different genres. But i prefer listen to Harry because he is more my type of music.

Harry Styles ofc
I'm not professional singer , a pitchy one I would say and I'm only 18 but my G#2 _C3 area has way more volume than theirs dk why

There also Juice by Lizzo that both Kelly clarkson and harry did a cover off😅
adam lambert sings circles around Harry styles lol
it seems like to make harry embarrassed, abel stands the top level in active male singers…(i mean harry is good also but they’re not worthy match up)
Harry technically has a better voice. Harry’s belts are chestier because he’s literally belting…the weekend is using a mixed voice so isn’t actually belting those notes…possibly because he can’t…🤷🏼♀️
Harry can't belt D5s comfortably Abel eats those for breakfast... Harry has good lower vocals but Abel is better in every other range for me
@@jephthah2347 exactly. Harry almost can't belt after A4.
Harry does well in lower notes the weeknds mid and high notes are unbeatable
I have seen Abel belt C5 but not belt D5. is there any live video where he does that?? He usually use head voice for notes above C#5.

Harry doesn't use autotune
bro how do you identify the exact notes that they are hitting?
Good ear!
