The level of abuse one takes is quantified by the level of ones self-worth. The less you love yourself, the more abuse you will invite in and put up with. Healing begins with something as simple as a thought which creates a vibrational shift that will no longer attract abuse. The thought should be I am worthy, I am whole, I am loved. Look at yourself in the mirror ten times a day and say “I love you”. If you love yourself, abuse will be a very opposing vibration to your loving energy. A beautiful book to read is The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Murphy. It’s life changing. When you accept yourself and love yourself exactly as you are, abuse will no longer be acceptable to your soul.

My first time listening to this, I started thinking about my wife. I thought about how she makes my life so much better. She keeps me grounded when I'm up in the air about something, and she lifts me up when I am down in a dark hole. She truly lights up my everything. I then pictured a day when we were sitting on a reclining rock carved out by glaciers, right next to a bay on the ocean. I was laying there tanning, and she was sitting beside me enjoying the view. I looked up at her, and she was majestic, with her hair blowing in the breeze and glowing in the sunshine. I was taken back through our relationship and all the wonder she has brought me. It was a wonderful moment when it happened. Re-seeing it my mind as I was listening to this, tears started flowing down my cheeks. It was around 10 minutes that I just sat there with two rivers soaking my face. She is amazing, and I couldn't imagine where I'd be without her. I Love You, my little Bee! I can only hope that I remain good enough to always deserve you being at my side. 🥰😍😘 Love Always and Forever!!❤️

I have used this music twice to calm my disabled daughter while she was intubated and in a medically induced coma. Any time she showed signs of agitation or distress, instead of asking for more drugs, I would put this on my iPad and lay it on the bed behind her head. She would INSTANTLY calm down and even the nurses commented on how soothing and enjoyable it was to work with her. 💜
You've got commonalities with my mom, it sounds like. Years ago I was in a car accident & suffered a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). My mother has overwhelmingly similar memories to what I just read. It’s crazy how reading these comments and listening to this sound genuinely produces a real warm feeling inside of me that brings real physical comfort and relaxation.
I was going to put this on to sleep. No thoughts in my head, but tears started rushing down my face, not a few but like just experienced every ounce of pain in the world... there’s a lot of happy things going on personally, but due to there being so much hatred and negativity going on now in the US I felt everything hit. I am an empath and have the gift of understanding and connecting with others emotions and subconscious. Through me releasing these feelings I felt joy at the end, making me hopeful and excited for a new enlightenment future.

The level of abuse one takes is quantified by the level of ones self-worth. The less you love yourself, the more abuse you will invite in and put up with. Healing begins with something as simple as a thought which creates a vibrational shift that will no longer attract abuse. The thought should be I am worthy, I am whole, I am loved. Look at yourself in the mirror ten times a day and say “I love you”. If you love yourself, abuse will be a very opposing vibration to your loving energy. A beautiful book to read is The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Murphy. It’s life changing. When you accept yourself and love yourself exactly as you are, abuse will no longer be acceptable to your soul.

My first time listening to this, I started thinking about my wife. I thought about how she makes my life so much better. She keeps me grounded when I'm up in the air about something, and she lifts me up when I am down in a dark hole. She truly lights up my everything. I then pictured a day when we were sitting on a reclining rock carved out by glaciers, right next to a bay on the ocean. I was laying there tanning, and she was sitting beside me enjoying the view. I looked up at her, and she was majestic, with her hair blowing in the breeze and glowing in the sunshine. I was taken back through our relationship and all the wonder she has brought me. It was a wonderful moment when it happened.
Re-seeing it my mind as I was listening to this, tears started flowing down my cheeks. It was around 10 minutes that I just sat there with two rivers soaking my face.

I have used this music twice to calm my disabled daughter while she was intubated and in a medically induced coma. Any time she showed signs of agitation or distress, instead of asking for more drugs, I would put this on my iPad and lay it on the bed behind her head. She would INSTANTLY calm down and even the nurses commented on how soothing and enjoyable it was to work with her. 💜

I was going to put this on to sleep. No thoughts in my head, but tears started rushing down my face, not a few but like just experienced every ounce of pain in the world... there’s a lot of happy things going on personally, but due to there being so much hatred and negativity going on now in the US I felt everything hit. I am an empath and have the gift of understanding and connecting with others emotions and subconscious. Through me releasing these feelings I felt joy at the end, making me hopeful and excited for a new enlightenment future.
