@3:56 We did this in the S. Korean army. But, we begin head first. It's easy for the first half since it's downhill but it get's very difficult once you reach the half way point. You are basically climbing uphill and your arms already feel burnt out from the first half. The rope felt like it was giving me burns on my sternum, groin, and even on the top of my foot where my boot hooked around the rope.

I remember watching most of these episodes and thinking, "Would I be able to do that? And how would I react?" It was always amusing/understandably gross when Bear and the celebrity find a carcass of an animal and Bear decides some of the meat is still not rotten, and it would make a good dinner. His guests always look at him like maybe he is the one who has fallen, landed on his head, and he is not making any sense.
