Hi Lottie, I was wondering if baby has a separate bag or it all went into the suitcase? :) I feel like mine is bursting and contemplating a baby bag but don't want to turn up with a load of things haha!
@@MsKaterinaKo Hello! I had a seperate bag for baby, so all her stuff went into her changing bag. Don't feel silly. If you need 3 suitcases then that's what you need 😂 I would say have them seperate, it makes it easier to have all baby's things in 1 place ❤
Milk doesn’t come in for majority of women until around 3-5 days, colostrum volume increases the more they feed, she wouldn’t of taken in a lot at all at just a day old and that is perfectly normal, they only feed little and often until milk and breastfeeding has established, especially as their stomachs are tiny and the body produces exactly what they need x
Yep packed loads of Nappies this time. Got the starter formula too. The same thing happened with my first he wasn't getting anything from the breasts yet the nurses told me he was feeding. It's so hard to tell and I had zero mothers intuition, it just didn't kick in.
I'm 30 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 I dont remember what I didnt use I just know I over packed so this time I'm watching videos on what people used
@@lottiejlife everyone talks about how much you will use and you really dont I barely went though half of the nappies and stuff I had an induction and luckly all natural i wish i took flip flops though deffo taking it this time round and the adult nappies was a life saver 2 days after i had my daughter will be packing them this time they are so comfortable
I actually had my littlin before covid happened so unfortunately I couldn't say what the experience is like. Regulations are alwaus changing too so I don't even know what the protocol is now 🙈 Really glad this video helped you though! ♡
Love your videos! I’m 33 weeks and my main question is what to dress baby at home - so much confusing info on short / long sleeves and how to layer and pair with sleeping bags (TOG, etc). The grandmas to be are in disagreement so curious to know what you did.
Thanks so much my lovely!! So when it comes to the sleeping bag I always use guides from google. Just type in "baby sleeping bag guide" and it will tell you what to dress them in for the temperature of the room - agro egg is perfect room thermometer! With day to day like I always put Lila-Rose in 1 more layer than I would have. If we're at home, short sleeve vest with a sleepsuit... If going out in winter, I'd have a long sleeve vest and layer up... hope that makes sense?? ♡
Hello, I'm due in Sept. I was just wondering how did you know that your little one wasn't receiving any milk when breastfeeding? I'm worried about this. Thanks xx
Heya! Congratulations! After a day of being told I was breastfeeding well, I had another midwife check I was doing it alright and she told me my daughter hadn't even been latching on so she got no milk. I then had the midwife show me how to latch get her to latch on and I was so uncomfortable, I didn't want to pursue. Don't worry at all, you can ask for help to check and you should be able to tell. You're gunna be great! xx
mines the end of April too!!woop woop!! i would advise the quicker u get out of bed the better it is.. am wondering why Lottie u had to stay in bed 24hours?xx
I'm 33 weeks pregnant and recently packed my bag and I still have to make my video on it but I've been watching these kinds of videos to make sure I didnt overpack haha
Heya Lucy ... I didn't start feeling anything until about 22.5 weeks and I suddenly felt this "pop" in my stomach. I could see it popping. I was so worried that I wasn't feeling her but it didn't happen. They do say you may not feel them until 24 weeks ish ... I would call your doctor if you are worried though ♡
I’ve packed the same brand of starter formula milk in my hospital bag, how many bottles did you end up getting through? Just wondering if I need to buy any more incase I run out
I first of all tried breastfeeding & then Lila-rose wouldn't drink out of them in the end, but most babies do ... so I would say if you know someone could easily get some more for you, take 1 pack but if not, I would probably take 2 ♡
PS. I've included what I used from my hospital bag AND baby's hospital bag - Hope it helps you my lovelies! ❤

I just realised I packed 10 nappies thinking that's too many and now thinking I need a spare pack in the car! Lol
🤣 Yeah I definitely made a mistake last time! Good Luck!! ❤
Were was baby girls coming home outfit from? I love it so so much. Xx
The vest & leggings were from Asda & the fluffy jacket, hat & mittens were from Primark. I'm sure you could get things similar now too ❤
