    After much prayer and Bible study, I believe that what you are talking about in this video is what the Bible calls iniquity. "Visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the children, unto the 3rd and 4th generations" .... behold i was shapen in iniquity...." think of what the Bible calls iniquity, when you watch this video.
    Sin can be described as an archer missing the mark... iniquity is when the archer is so inapt that he wounds his child.
    Consider the implications of this statement from Isaiah " “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
    In my opinion. sin is what we do wrong, iniquity is why we did wrong.

    Iniquity is Habitual Sin.

    • @larrylanham2779
      @larrylanham2779 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the definition Minerva. Could you help me with some biblical examples of what habitual sin, being described as iniquity, looks like to you?
      For example, I think, when David was confronted with his adultery (Ps 51) he says "....5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. 6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom...."
      I think, that David is saying was that; not only was I born with a sin nature, my family of origin brought me up with wrong ideas for dealing with life... (sin nurture) and deep inside of me, you want truth, my conscience told me the truth but i turned it into a lie.
      That's my thoughts anyway, would love toe hear yours.
