From my testing only Venti/Kazuha/Heizou (he's comparably worse and most likely requires C2) work here as other anemo characters are having trouble grouping the dendro cores close enough together (Lynette with C1 and Heizou with C2 might work well enough against a single enemy that doesn't move a lot).
