I currently have 23 *5. The welkin I buy not every month because there is no use taking it so often, it helps but not that much since it gives you 10 ½ pulls every 30 days. And as for how long I've been playing I'd say since dayone, but after 2/3 months I stopped because I had problems playing it since I didn't understand some mechanics of the game very much and I leveled very fast (and the enemies got too strong), then I reinstalled it when they announced the summer event of the first archipelago with Klee's rerun. Obviously I got help from a friend to get back into it by building Keqing physics to do the exploration and story.
