This is the best outcome for Colapinto and Williams, since they get to keep him long term to make him the image of Williams, making money out of his sponsors and fanbase when they get him a seat, and Colapinto gets a (hopefully) better car in 2026 betting that Williams will get out of this hole to fight the top 3 in Constructors
