Few things:
1. One China policy is not integrating policy but disintegrating policy. Shi Jing Ping has a dream of big blown bubble.
2. Even though China has all the technology at hand this won't be enough anytime sooner or later. They are missing the important 'ingredients'.
3. Maldives even when get ammunition won't be a concern as long as we are doing what we are doing now in Indian Ocean. It is a time test for China itself.
