some were harder than others, but not difficult, maybe put little oil on them. had to slowly screw them in and out to get them to start moving. let it dry.

Cool. Did you unscrew the screws after applying the glue, and screwed them again through the hinge?
yes. but shorter screws.

yes, got some longer screws. m2.5 x 10 and m2.5 x 15 long enough to go thru the epoxy.
