Rent control should come first , then address the homeless issue

    • @derrickblanton8328

Thats not possible because the CO legislature needs to make it legal to do rent control first. We can get the homeless people off the streets today.

HA HA! There's a lot more to running a city than just affordable housing and auditing police bruh.

I'm honestly stunned at how Mr. Roberts fell for the obvious bait question about other progressives biting his ideas. Is intra-party warfare really the note he wants to end an interview on?

They are all registered democrats but its irrelevant cuz its a non-partisan race and Terrance isn't a politician, he doesn't care about not offending democrats. The reality is Leslie and Lisa have prior campaign experience and neither cared about public social housing until Terrance ran this election. He was the first candidate to talk about public housing and public banking all the way back in April the fact they talk about one without the other is tell that they are just adopting progressive policy without actually knowing what they are talking about. The conversation is about ownership, not just building.
