Duke coach did a terrible job in last 5 minutes. Every offensive play was to give the ball to Flagg and watch. Kentucky saw it and just doubled and tripled him every possession. Incredible that they put a 17 year old kid in that situation
Let the kid breathe. You guys (media) are to kill him. The rest of this team is more than worthy as they have shown of your accolades. Go Duke. Go TEAM.
"NBA ready". "First player off the board". Those are probably facts but somehow they make me sad. I worked a quarter of a century at NCAA D1 schools and loved collegiate sports. In the 1980s people would have expressed joy that a great freshman would be around for multiple years. Now, we are so mercenary. Great freshmen are rented for 5 months. I don't begrudge them the $ and yes, maybe it was unfair that they didn't profit from their efforts while others did. But I still talk and email with former college athletes and, almost universally, they say that their college years were the best times of their lives and what they wouldn't give to relive them. Now, everything moves at warp speed, and the great players just zip across the radar screen and are gone before you memorize their number. Now, if I was advising players like Cooper, I would say, go, take the money. We're not going back to the way things used to be. It's more equitable these days for such talents. But don't tell me that some really great things aren't lost as well.
@@quanl7705 You stayed firmly in the mercenary box. I wasn't at all talking about money OR potential. I was lamenting the loss of the once-great sport of college basketball. The current edition of the "Cameron Crazies" can pretend Duke BB is still great but I think everyone knows the current state of the game sucks.
I fully agree Carseye! I'm old enough to remember the Fab5 those mid 90's Kentucky teams or late 90's early 00's Duke. Teams were better and the game was more fun when players stayed until their Jr and Sr years. Now it's all new faces every season. Now the game is better for players but worse for fans.
Is Cooper Flagg the BEST player in college basketball? Let us know in the comments below👇
Cooper use to practice with UM players when he was 13 years old. It was pretty cool that he was dunking on college guys at that age!
Being from Maine, it's awesome to see a star in the making from the small town life.
superbb video recap 😊
PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON CALEB FOSTER!!!
bro has the best pictures
Kon is pretty darn good as well. I like his handles.
And bronny is in the NBA what a joke 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I watched his first game. Cooper worked really hard the first half to pass the ball and not be a ball hog. That's some BB IQ. Cooper will do alright.
How many games in a Nba season? No Flagg is Not Ready for Nba Competition in 80 + games !
Have a seat
great storytelling
It’s AI generated narration. It sucks.
I don't see anything here to get excited about. Flagg has potential. that's it.

It’s not just about money it’s about maximizing there potential also. Why peak in college when you can peak in the nba ?

@@CenkZappa good.
Cool video, if you’re open to constructive criticism I would suggest trying a video without the phrase “was able” in it. Cheers
He's great! He just has to work on his ball handling skills before he gets to the NBA
He is good but still has alot to improve on with his handles and counter moves to his left .
Duke got out coached !
How did his interaction with Kentucky go? LOL
I've Never Been A Duke Fan! I Liked Dawkins, Ameker, Henderson, Hill And Irving. I Still Don't Like Duke 🤷🏿♂️!! I Hope Cooper Flagg Dominates Though.
Their putting to much pressure on him to soon.
terrible editing..
Insane?
