Good point James, the hatches offer a good deal of space; probably more than most people will ever look at putting into them since this boat is best suited for day trips. You'd only run into issues if you tried to fit overnight gear inside, but for that type of paddling we'd recommend one of Delta's longer touring styles.
@@OutdoorsOriented I actually bought kayak for 1-2 nighter. Will load up and try soon and reply back how much gear I am able to stuff-lol. Right now though I am loving the kayak! Incredible design and detail :-)
It's fairly good for maneuverability, but keep in mind it's a recreational model, so it's not going to allow the paddler to tilt with turns the same way a touring style would.
How is Delta vs Eddyline ? Didn't Eddyline start the use of Thermoformed materials ?
Not a fan of the enormous cockpit. But, love the rest of the feature set. Another one is like to take in the water.
