- The Monaco Historic Grand Prix is a feast for all fans of historic motor racing. A whole day of Grand Prix racing with pre-war GP cars and F1 racers from the 1930s to the mid 1980s all qualifying on track today. There's also a race for historic sportscars of the type that raced for the one year that the Monaco Grand Prix was held for sportscars. Today is qualifying day, as every car racing this weekend goes out to set the fastest time around the same circuit that Formula E and Formula 1 race just weeks apart.

This is much more fun for racing enthusiasts than watching a modern F1 race. 🏎
I agree
this is the size car that works on. this tiny track. f1 cars are way too wide these days so passing is nearly impossible. monaco is only on schedule for nostalgia
until hamilton starts winning or red bull cheats f1 is a joke right now. so many other racing stuff to watch. I still watch f1 but it’s boring
Modern F1 is too woke.
You are so right !
I do enjoy seeing these old F1 cars on track. They need a world televised broadcast of the Historic racing series. Europe sure does do it right. Thank you for bringing these cars to us.
Great event, brilliant coverage! A joy to watch, thx!❤
I gave up on F1 many years ago. Used to go to the Practice at Brands Hatch and Silverstone back in 83.84 & 85. All the cars now look and sound the same. I love historic F1 and other forms of racing, the smell, the sound the visual appearance of beautiful engineered machines! People should check out and support the Masters Historic Series, also Thruxton Historic, an amazing track! Tres Bien Monaco

🙏😁❤️ GRR for your dedication to producing and providing epic racing content! GGs
OF COURSE Adrian Newey is racing a Lotus....imagine Newey and Colin Chapman working together...
The old school way of driving!
Love the video, but why are this channel’s videos always so choppy? Looks like 10 fps on any device I watch it on.
Great video just wish I could hear the cars more
Vamos Adrián Fernández, apoyo desde la ciudad de México...
I'm pretty sure those A1 engine noises inspired the thrum of the LAAT Gunship in Star Wars. Those sound ferocious!
Jeff O'Neill upholding the honor of the entire United States of America in the Maserati 250F! No pressure!!

Hi
This is awesome but how is it legal, these cars can't be safe by modern standards
Indeed. A lot of comments about people wishing modern F1 was smaller like these. I think people forget the reason is almost entirely safety related (crash zones etc)
Here danger
Here you off

Anyone that can tell me more about the cars are they the real ones or are they fake ones and do thet drive on real fuel or bio Fuel?
They are real, multiple generations of F1 going back a long way.
Not sure about the fuel but I have seen classic F1 running on bio fuels so it's certainly possible. Seb Vettel did it in Red5 at Silverstone I believe
日本人出てんの?
When British people do the nasaly know-it-all-guy cliche, is the older announcer that type of guy?
No.
