Not really, the concept is sliding wardrobes and accommodates a lot and still doesn't eat on space.
15M can give you a maisonette, muche jokes.
Be keen on finishing, space, amenities and location.
If you have a young kids this is the best place for them. You'll isolate your kids if you raise them in a maisonatte. Would prefer my kids to grow up with other kids from different backgrounds.
