Jollibee as the story goes..taste was tailored for children. But now they have all grown up, still eating in Jollibee with happy fun memories ingrained in every bite! The psychology behind our love for this "fast food", is no different from any comfort food you grew up eating wherever you maybe in any part of this world. And when you are transplanted to another place where you can't eat it, you'll miss it. If you ever return there try " halo halo" & please dip the chicken in the gravy. Rigth thats what they use for there market strategy selling meal with toy here in ph so the kids wil love it as a parent they will go to the place their children want
Why in the universe must you tell a grown man to dip his fried chicken on a gravy. Westerners are not ignorant about fast food and a Gravy is not a big deal in North America. The Gravy of Jollibee in Canada wil be nothing like the brown water that they serve in the Philippines. Jollibee in Canada will not be the same. Because they will be competing with other fast food chains that give large serving sizes and observe quality control.

Canadians eat fresh peaches and nectarines. 98% of Filipinos do not even know what is a nectarine. So you dont have Sensationalize the peach mango pie. Because Canadians eat real Pies made with fresh fruits ranging from rasberries, cherries, and other exotic fruits. Why do Filipinos act like fast food will impress people from North America?

when you go there and fall in-line expect to find new friend, there will be alot of fun talking to someone you dont even know...its the magic of jollibee.
Vancouver has many Filipinos. I noticed this since I was there in the 1970s. The French fries are on par with McDonald's 🍟 I like the pie too! 🥧 For new restaurants, I trust the kid test: if a kid likes it, I am tempted to try the recipes .

Jollibee is Chinese company. No Filipinos should be eating in Jollibee. All the money they make are going back to China. Chinese do not spend a centavo to the Philippines. So please stop promoting Jollibee as Filipino food. Fast food is never a Filipino food.
