Excellent choices! Eumir Deodato is so underrated, a great musician, if you like that here's a good sugestion try a brazilian band called Azimüth. The british scene also deserves a mention, Soft Machine, Keith Tippett, Centipede, Nucleus.

Great picks, Ron. Was listening to PFM yesterday. Cook is a decent live album (from Toronto and NY); their studio material is stronger, imo.
