Just phenomenal keep it coming ladies keep it coming. This class is becoming very popular at the YMCA in Hawaii. Hope to hear and see some new versions in between time you ladies have got my attention and a lot of it is so good for the cardio the brain and so easy to do if you haven’t tried it somebody out there give it a try. It’s worth it, but again, these ladies, I’ve got the rhythm, the personalities, and most of all they’re really good at what they’re doing aloha
