Grays, blacks, whites, a dash of gold to represent a lingering decadence as well as a conformity in modern style (everyone's hair) maybe as a historical homage to what was before the monochrome... I dig it.
My favourite song from that album is “For your own good”. A tremendous underdog and in the meantime a huge show of the trance capabilities of this magnificent duo. Years waiting for a song like that.
For Your Own Good is my fav too because Rollo from Faithless produced that track, and in the 90s, Faithless dominated the dance charts. For Your Own Good is the PSB equivalent to God is a DJ from Faithless… both masterful tracks.

This is one of the all time best PSB Track. Phenomenal instrumental, and astounding vocals. Even the repetitive chorus lets you delve into the core of the broken heart of a song. I made a spontaneous trip to a live show when this was paired up with So Hard. The two PSB tracks that will always resonate with me.
Miss the 80’s. Every song in the 80’s was great. Didn’t matter is it was punk, rock, heavy metal, new wave. Rap. It was all great. I can’t say that about music today. Even my kids agree. They like listening to music from the 70 through the 80’s. They love Billy Joel, Metallica, Alice cooper, Aerosmith, Van Halen, pet shop boys, the cute etc. The last two decades have not produced any new musical style. It’s at a stand still.
