8x8 MAN KAT 1 Flatbed Truck GIANT - Sound, Drive, Details

Ex-military 1977 8x8 MAN KAT 1 10t GL Type 464 with flatbed and loading crane. This impressive mega truck was retired from its service in the German Bundeswehr a few years ago and is now in private ownership. The 8x8 MAN KAT 1 presents itself in its original condition, has the German H-registration (historic vehicle) and is fully functional, of course. This MAN Kat 1 8x8 is powered by a supercharged Deutz V8 diesel engine with 12.8 Liter of displacement. The empty weight is 15.4 tons, the total allowed weight is 25.4 tons and it has a shared central hydraulics for cable winch (Rötzler) and loading crane (Atlas Weynhausen). ABEER: Wenn da nicht der Spritverbrauch und die fehlenden Vorderachssperren wären.
Wobei man auf die Vorderachssperre auch verzichten kann
