Hi there! I have been a little reluctant to do anything on partitioned survival analysis... I know it is very popular but there are a lot of ways it can go wrong. If I do make a video on it, I will do my best to show how it should be done properly and that would include, as you suggest, incorporating the statistical dependency between different survival distributions.
