Also forgot to mention even tho its 4 months.
Nine the villain in this movie, his main quirk is Weather Manipulation; he can change the weather to whatever he wants. The quirk he received which is All for One he cant have tons of quirks in his arsenal like All for One (Villain) can, the reason Nine is named Nine is cause he can store 9 quirks currently he has 7 which are Weather Manipulation (main quirk), All for One (Copied Version), Scanning/Search, Air Wall, Bullet Laser, Cell Activation (Type A, if i remember) and Hydra!
