The main point of this class is to understand a lot of stuff that relates to HR. On the one hand, the amount of information you need to process is high, but on the other hand, everything is pretty easy to understand and digest.

43:20 There is a mistake in ppt slide about job description (JD) and person specification (PS). JD is a document about the job, while PS is a document about the ideal candidate. Please note the difference.

Hello. If something is labeled as AO2 does it mean that IB can specifically ask for example "Define or expleain what piece rate wage is" or will it ask "give 2 examples of financial benefits and explain them" like my question is that if it is AO2 will the questions be specific or will it be general
I love ur vids! They are super helpful for me! When can u make one for IA? I’m recently writing my IA proposal and I literally have no idea 😢
Hi Giselle. I’ll make it after I finish the last class of Unit 5. For now, please watch Q&A video, I’m sure you’ll find a lot of useful exam and IA tips there

Hi, i take business SL and was wondering if the entirety of 2.5 &2.6 are all HL only or are some parts SL included as well. thanks
2.5 is HL only, 2.6 is common to both
im feeling very demotivated
its okay to be like that sometimes. the key is to be disciplined so that you can get things done even if you're not motivated(that's also tough, but def worth it)🤓
