This might explain another video I just watched, where the NYPD was stopping any motorcycle, and checking for license, helmet, insurance, and registration. Anyone without one of those things were getting their bikes impounded.
Look...they are not harming Anyone..but they should be responsible for their actions in driving safely...On Sundays All cars should not drive n let ppl Enjoy the parks and bike riding...NYC Sunday Shut DOWN Every other Sunday!!
Most of these clowns have no insurance. They accidentally smash into you, your kids, or your car, the bill is all yours. Get them off the streets, NYPD!
