I got trapped in the middle of one of these bike groups in Atlanta. I was doing 65-70 mph and most were passing me like I was standing still. About 10 miles down the road, we came up on one that had slammed into the back of a delivery van. It was pretty obvious that the rider did not survive.
But did his arms look buff? Gotta leave a bad ass looking corpse!

@@vientayuno934 no, when the bike is leaning there's a smaller percentage of wheel touching the ground, like the outer wheel is smaller, so it accelerates faster (idk if i explained myself properly)

At speeds greater than 10 mph the bike holds itself up because physics, so one handed isn't skilled at all...

I'm a biker and it's disgusting how these bikers post videos of themselves breaking the law and eluding the police. The only reason why crotch-rocket riders post videos is to show off (e.g. freeway wheelies, extremely excessive speeds, lane splitting in states that don't allow it, etc.). None of these are skills worthy of anyone adopting. It's not cool to zip in and out of traffic or exceed the speed limits. Thinking you're making a fool out of the police is incorrect. The fools are the idiot bikers who break the law. There's an old biker saying "It's not if, but when". These bikers are just a casualty waiting to happen and the bad thing is it most likely will include someone in addition to themselves.

hey, beginner biker here. Is the BMW1000RR automatic transmission? how is he shifting up without using the clutch?
@@Paulo-hf7tw air shifter look up your bike plus air shifter or quick shifter and you just click the gears up as you would with clutch
@@Paulo-hf7tw in reality you only need clutch pulled between neutral and first gear. After it’s all quickshifts

Gotta have your head on a swivel in those large group rides. There's just too many bikes, and you never know when one will be speeding by you, so you have to be sure you don't pull in front of one.
I'll never forget when I seen a bike doing over 150 mph, and another bike pulled in front of him. Snapped the guy's spine into pieces(I'm guessing by the way he was bent up), and the guy doing 150 flew like superman about 100 yards before his body slammed onto the street. Both were dead after about 30 seconds of twitching and shaking. This was right in front of my eyes. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the guy that pulled out, his bike was launched without him on it, and it went over the median and slammed into the front of an oncoming minivan. It totally destroyed that vehicle. Luckily the woman in the van wasn't hurt.
I seen that and a couple other accidents, one involving brains on the concrete. Smelled like the butcher's shop in the grocery store.
I ride more cautiously these days.

I don’t understand why anyone would want to risk their life to “go fast”. It makes absolutely zero sense to me tbh. Why can’t a group of riders just get together and drive the speed limit and enjoy a nice day out and share a common interest? There is no crash scenario at 150 mph in which you survive. Not only that but anyone else involved will likely be hurt or dead as well. There are families driving, kids in cars, babies, pregnant women, fathers trying to get home to their family…idk man, this ain’t it.

My neighbour has a bike and when he would wash his bike the next day it would take him 3 hours 1 to wash and 2 to wipe all the water off all the chrome.
Then he seen how I got all the water from my vehicle and he has done it this way since.
Wash your bike with water propellant vehicle wash mcguirers or turtle have good product.
Then instead of wiping it down with chemy or cloth whatever you use go to your garage or shed get your leaf blower and use that and you’ll be surprised you didn’t think of this earlier.
I have a car that I take my son to meets and race other cars at Powercruise and it’s got over 500 wheel horsepower so I used to stop at car wash on the way home.
One day the owner was still there and he heard my blower and then the next time I went to the track on the way home I stopped and in the couple of months between track days he had designed a blower that people could use straight after they washed their vehicles.
I don’t know if it was me that had given him the idea but seems strange how they were there after seeing me.
