Not gonna lie mam, every time you said baklawa made me laugh ahahaha. That word baklawa sounds like typical hindi word ahaha, "zindgi kuch nhi bus baklawa hain" ahahaha sounded like that. Its great you found a restaurant which can offer you vegetarian meal, bread is literally a savior no matter where you go. So excited to see what's next......Much love and all the positive vibes
