So when you annexed Austria France and GB'S Income increased by 1 IPP. Do they get to spend this extra IPP on the first turn or do they have to wait until their next turn. E.g France has 6 to spend this turn and wont have 7 to spend until turn 2?

@@tealino1 they collect that extra 1 ipp on their collect income phase this turn so they actually get to spend it on turn 2.

Why not create the condor legion for 5 IPP instead of lend leasing a fighter for 10? If you did create the condor legion, do you know if you can you then send an additional unit via normal lend lease to the Spanish Nationalists?

The condor legion is 5 IPP and a German aircraft comes off the board. I did that last time I was Germany and didn't care for losing an aircraft before the attack on France begins.
If you do send a condor legion you can still send a regular lend lease aircraft as well.
