In India 99 percent medical practitioners do the same, patient goes to the doctor tell him the physical condition he is going through ,In return few doctors ask him from how long he is suffering like this and prescribe the medication, nobody ask the history of adverse drug effects he ever has gone through or face, the same thing happens in a chemist shop... Few ask few not which is essential part call counseling.. Mostly forgotten by a lot..
To elaborate problem with chemist? They have no time.
Adverse drug effect is a complete different thing .. first learn the difference between adverse and side effect of a drug before blaming doctors … we aren’t fools to write a careless medication
@@Dr_Harsh07 ..no doctor in India knows the patients history for his adverse drug effects unless he himself tell the doctor.... U should accept it.. U may also have came across such incidents in your span of practice..
