Looking for an upgrade from Note 10+. For me personally the Note 10+ is the worst phone, but I think it is a one-time issue, not a rule. My Note can't upgrade at all, this option was not available since the very beginning and I have no idea why is that. And it doesn't allow me to use Samsung or Google Pay - the function I now need. Also, call experience is bad: people hear themselves with echoes which makes the phone barely usable for its main purpose. After one year of fine light use the microphone started to fail and all voice messages now sound like a very vintage record on gramophone.

It may have less storage and slightly less RAM but it also comes back with newer software, faster speeds, 120 MHz refresh rate, and excellent camera quality. Not saying the Note 10 Plus didn't have great camera quality but the S21 FE is slightly superior in some ways
I currently using Galaxy Note 10+ and planned to upgrade to S21 FE. But then I look at my Galaxy Note 10+ still performing absolutely amazing.

You can try your theory by testing 2 same device, the one without updating the software version and no camera version update as well.
