- U2 Live at Sphere in Las Vegas on October 18, 2023. U2 is playing a series of sold out shows at the new venue in the heart of Las Vegas. The most incredible immersive concert experience you can imagine. The video contains snippets from the show and three full songs including Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses, Mysterious Ways and Beautiful Day. The show allows audiences to hear the 1991 album Achtung Baby in full. The setlist is broken up however and the entire album isn't played front to back like their Joshua Tree 30th Anniversary tour.
Inside the Sphere you have 18K resolution LED screens that surround you. There is not really a bad seat in the venue. The stage is quite small and looks like a turntable.
During the show Bono brought out The Edges wife and even sang happy birthday to her!
For those of you that might not be able to get to Las Vegas to see the show we wanted to share a little bit of this magical experience with you.
I was at this show, 307 row 10. I was in awe of the immersive feeling the screens made you feel. Hard to describe to someone who hasn’t experienced it. Want to go back to experience it again.
Was simply amazing. Section 207. Still trying to process it all
Looks amazing!
Sound great!!
I was there, one back from the rail, right in front of Edge's amp. Thank you for giving me this video to relive one the best moments of my life!!!!
You’re welcome! Happy to hear you enjoyed the show!
Man I love that mood music and the Lemon remix.
Many many thanks for this super video footage. I'm now able to enjoy that show which they performed on my birthday! ❤❤🎸🎸🎤👍.. wild horses WOW !!
You're welcome and Happy Belated Birthday to you!
@martinecapelli6614 U2 j'adore, bravo à Bono et à ses musiciens je vous écoute en ce moment, c'est un enchantement ❤❤❤❤ .
You did a great job with this video. My wife and I were at this show one row off the rail left center of the stage! We had such a great time!
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing, the footage is so high quality. We were at this concert - it was out of this world - if you have any more please upload.
We do have some more footage that we plan to upload at a later day, so stay tuned!
thank you @Imagination_Studios I'm looking for "Acrobat", especially the start where he shouts out that he's about to wake up the baby - so much fun !!
We didn't capture every song (hands/arms needed a break!), so will have to go back through what we did get. If we captured Acrobat, we will be sure to upload it for you at a later date!
Nicely done. I was in the GA section. It's good to see from a different vantage point. Also, you've captured the experience better than all of the other youtube vids, probably the also best possible without multiple cameras. Finally, someone who knows how to hold a camera still and edit. Would love to see more of this show from you. Thank you for the post.
Thanks for your comment! We did capture several other songs from the song and may upload a second video at a later date.
Thank you
just watched a clip from 18th taken from section under the overhang, feel sad for those guys 😔
I was in GA too with my wife! We got to hear our anniversary song 10 days after our 18th anniversary (All I Want Is You).
What a gift, thank you!!
Our pleasure!
Cool to see it from your vantage point!
this is so great, we were there too in GA; travelled from United Kingdom, well worth the money, travel and jet lag to share this amazing experience - Zooropa 93 at Wembley was my 1st U2 gig, U2:UV my 9th - hoping and praying they get that Sphere in London built!
Glad to hear you enjoyed the show as well! We flew in from Canada for the show and were actually in the UK in late August for a few weeks. A Sphere along the Thames would be amazing! If you haven’t listened to Bono’s sons band Inhaler, we have a video on our channel of their encore from Toronto, Canada in March 2023. Great band and he sounds a lot like his dad!
Heard Inhaler but haven’t seen them live, they’ve played near us a few times, but tickets sell out real fast! will check your video 🤩 - thanks again for capturing some of the U2 Sphere magic!
I hate to say it being a 40+ years fan of U2, but Bono's voice is starting to fail him. It doesn't have the same commanding power anymore.
Sadly it’s been going for a little while now. Thankfully his son has inherited that great voice, so hopefully he will be able to continue the legacy with his own band!
@Imagination_Studios They've had an amazing run. Arguably the greatest live band next to Queen and Dire Straits. But, I think Bono needs to admit he's come to the end of road. Nevertheless, what an amazing career and legacy he's had.
His lower and middle register still sound fabulous! Yes, he has lost a lot of the upper register of his voice. That being said, I saw this concert live twice and it was incredible!
No he should keep going like Paul McCartney.
