Sir can you please confirm whether single or double seated room is given M tech 1st yr ? I was told that single seated room is given
In M.Tech 1st year, double seated is allotted. It's confirm. But students who do late admission or hostel allotment to them is late, then it's possible that room which are mostly allotted to M.Tech 1st year got full and then they are allotted single seated. There are only few such lucky ones.
If you are among those lucky one, then you may get single seated in M.Tech 1st year even on top floor of the building which becomes too heat and is less ventilated! Because rooms allotment are random in 1st year. In that case, students also apply for change of room. From 2nd year, you get single seated and also the chance to select the room.

As far as I know, NIT WARANGAL. As it is older in structure division than Surathkal and also placement opportunities are better in Warangal. You can also verify these.

"Future scope k hisab se electronic shi hai.
Placement k hisab se NIT W me power system ka thoda better h compare to power electronics. But placement dono me hai. Power electronics ka teachers thoda rude lag skte hain yahan.
Tm dekh lo interest kisme hai tmhara.
Koi problem nhi h dono bhi jagah."

Fair placement is there, this year power system engg got full placement and in power supply 80-85percent....overall mtech placement for electrical engg is good.

how flexible is the college hours.like time u can be outside the campus and all for btech
Generally you have to come inside hostel upto 11 pm but these rules are on paper. It's flexible. If you have your college Id you can enter any time in hostel or campus.

Bhai baki sab to badiya hai par maine suna hai ki south me roti maide ki banti hai. Me khud hyderabad me rehke aaya hu bhot problem hoti h roti se maide ki. Nit warangal ka b same case h kya. Roti with maida and soda.
Bhai, first of all NIT W don't compromise with quality of food, if there is any issue, mess representative look into this who is also among one of us.
And as far as I get to know, "aata" hi deta hai.
And I will suggest you, don't miss this college due to this dilemma!😅

Information gather krne pe ye pata chala ki College fees is must to confirm your admission. Hostel, mess waha ja kar v bhar sakte hain, but jab tak hostel fees nahi bharenge tab tak wo hostel me allow nahi karenge.

Hostel fee- 28,000 per YEAR
Mess fee- 12,000+6,000 per Semester.
Jama apko 18,000 hi krna padega mess fee lekin agar aap vegetarian ho to jo 6,000 h wo next semester me manage ho jaega(means 6,000 km lagega). Aur agar non-veg ho to aap jitna non-veg khate ho us hisab se 6,000 me se paisa kat te jaega. Baki jo bachega next semester me manage ho jaega.
Means 12,000 basic charge h. Aur uske upar aap kya khate ho uspe!
Ye data 2020 session tk ka h. Is baar k new session me may be koi changes ho skta h.

Classes r from 8am to 4.30 PM... Meanwhile u hv luch from 1-2pm
Classes r flexible...... They may change the Shedule depending upon time availability with faculty. Saturday and Sunday will be off.
You will get decent no. of holidays but it will be less as compared to NITs of Northern India.
