सीने में दर्द के कई कारण हो सकते हैं। कई बार चेस्ट पैन दिल में blood supply रुकने की वजह से होता है और कई बार ये गैस और एसिडिटी के कारण भी हो जाता है।

Tip for Heart patients: Always keep piece of ginger with you. In case of heart attack try to chiew ginger as quick as possible. I heard this from heart specialist doctor.

I am aged 72 years and in complete awe of you after watching your AV on how to distinguish B/w an impending Cardiac arrest and a Gastric attack. I have been in this dilema many times and have rushed to get an ECG done to control my anxiety. I belong to a family with a strong history of heart related deaths and am therefore tense whenever I feel discomfort in my chest. Thank you sir! Very informative video. My mom passed away due to heart attack in 2003 at the age of 63. The doctor said she has indigestion and gave tablets for gas. Next day she had her lunch and within few minutes after that she passed away on the way to hospital with massive pain in the chest. Wish we had the technology to share the information those days....I feel guilty ...... and miss her heaps!!

Thanks doc it's really great explanation u told abt heart attack I just under gone the operation I hv sufferd from same pain in my chest what u explain some one is "squeezing " in u r central chest between tow nipping in pit that is actually "♡HEART ATTACK ❤" I hv the experience I just got operation at 18th November I got the pain and immediately I admitted in hospital and I hv operated on 20th Nov 21 now I m well. If u got such kind of chest pain don't west time admit u r self in near by hospital . It should be "HEAR ATTACK PAIN"

Very nice information sir. This is Saroj Behera a Development officer in LIC of India in odisha. Age 50 yrs. Thank you so much. Kindly make a video, on what medicine to eat regularly to digest whatever we eat and don't produce gas and constipation. And it should not have any side effect. Probably this has become a common problem in people in the age above 30 yrs.
Dr. Saleem ,please touch few points about gas being lighter ,collecting under Diaphragm and putting pressure and interfering with the functioning of heart and mimicking heart symptoms.Some mention about Hiatus hernia in very simple language would include practically most of the common causes.I had coined another term post prandial asthma....patient would present with full blown asthmatic wheeze and resulting breathlessness was thinking he has heart attack.I liked your explanation.Thanks for thebeautiful presentation.

One patient I encountered was having mild pain and uneasiness in all four limbs but not in chest but he was having ST segment elevation. Complain was since 1 hour and he came by riding his own bike but he was good built old man in 50ies

Wow! Simple but clear differentiation of two conditions, and overlapping symptoms. This is the type of information I had been looking for for a very long time as I have some calcification in one of my arteries. I am under my Cardiologist's monitoring. Since I am asymptomatic of heart problem, and my cholestoral -good and bad - are well controlled, my Radiologist son is advising me adainst stent. I do have GERD problem. Using Antacid as a process of elimination tecknique is a priceless suggestion. With this clear information, I will be able to sleep well from now on. Thanks a million Doctor. God Bless You.
Regularly consuming antacid also creates other problem. You will have lower B12, D and lower bone density within 6 months to a year. Also suppression of stomach acid leads to acidic blood and heart attack in the long run.
