I believe your statement in the beginning was correct, however, as a woman who has been a managing Attorney for 20 yrs, I can say that there have been many times I was able to control my emotions. Sometimes women who have been abused or molested growing up turn to positions such as police officers to try to no longer be a victim. That still does not mean they can’t control their emotions however, it has been studied and determined that women who go into authoritative positions who have been a victim at some point in their lives, tend to be overly aggressive.
Officer "Right Here" couldn't even put her name on the correct side of her uniform blouse. Obviously, never in the military. If she can't even do that one simple task correctly, how is it that she can be trusted to go out amongst the public, armed, trying to impose her perceived authority? 3 of those officers were quota hires....

Funny thing is everyone I have seen trying to illegally enter cars that I have seen as a security personnel Is looking everywhere but into the cars They look to see if they are being seen Occasionally looking into the car to see where the entry tool is going But always everywhere else.
If this encounter went to court the judge would ask... Did the LEO's observe the auditor covertly or at distance to obtain resonable suspicion. Clearly they did not... they just acted upon receiving the report with a show of force. This is the behavioural change needed in most policing establishments. Again, no responable suspicion detected here.

I believe your statement in the beginning was correct, however, as a woman who has been a managing Attorney for 20 yrs, I can say that there have been many times I was able to control my emotions. Sometimes women who have been abused or molested growing up turn to positions such as police officers to try to no longer be a victim. That still does not mean they can’t control their emotions however, it has been studied and determined that women who go into authoritative positions who have been a victim at some point in their lives, tend to be overly aggressive.

Officer “Right Here” has a big ass family. They need to start wearing numbers to ID them, there are literally thousands spread across the country.
They should put those numbers on badges, and make them verbalize that number when asked or contacting citizens

If this encounter went to court the judge would ask... Did the LEO's observe the auditor covertly or at distance to obtain resonable suspicion. Clearly they did not... they just acted upon receiving the report with a show of force. This is the behavioural change needed in most policing establishments. Again, no responable suspicion detected here.

It really sets BAT apart from the vast majority of 1A auditors. He's a 'professional'-a veteran-totally calm, relaxed, and measured. Look at his strategy play out over the course of 30 minutes. No anxiousness. He's refined his game plan and he works it and the cops fall for it almost every time. Stupid cops. But jeez, the right to film is near the bottom of priorities that people ought be fighting for. Get a fking grip.

The cops are wrong. They only had mere suspicion. Your rights were violated for over 15 mins.

... and the suspicion they had was so unreasonable that they couldn't articulate it! Police can suspect that you ate cereal for breakfast, but since that is not a crime they cannot detain you for it. What these POs seem to forget is that the reasonable, articulable suspicion must be OF A CRIME! Same goes for probable cause, there must be probable cause to believe that a CRIME is afoot. Its how most of them are, but Him refusing to answer doesn't hold up in court, and definitely he can't say it shouldn't be considered suspicious.
