I often visit Kinokuniya bookstore & pass by ABC Cooking Studio. Many years ago, I used to dine at Shima Restaurant at Goodwood Park Hotel that also offers Teppanyaki. Quite expensive, but also has visual teppanyaki display experience.

I guess the meal is S$500++ (about HKD 3000) 😀Actually, nearby Ritz Carlton Hotel has very good buffet, whereas Summer Pavilion has pretty good dim sum...
