I remember a one fan comic about this moment. Link had set up a separate cot and gave Zelda his bed. Zelda then got scared in the middle of the night and wanted Link to move closer (his cot was downstairs) so she would feel safe. Link then climbs into the bed with her and falls asleep immediately but Zelda upon realizing she's in bed with Link she gets flustered and can't sleep.
I found it really funny in the totk launch seeing loads of reddit threads unironically posting how stupid this was, just publicly admitting the subtext went right over their head

As if the start and end scenes of the game, crisis at hyrule castle sequence, the memory questline (even just that one memory with sonia and rauru) obtaining the sword, stuff like lover's pond, the yiga baiting Link with Zelda, basically the whole main plot isn't slamming you over the head with zelink subtext repeatedly. It isn't even just the house at all, much as those redditors like to pretend it is. Even the new house people try and use as a gotcha, an npc says dream homes are for couples and details of the house imply he will share that one with Zelda, too. Like there specifically being a scholar's study unit described the same way as the well. It's felt like people in this fandom either have actual goldfish memory or are deliberately being obtuse. The cope is unreal, and literally all just because they have some ridiculous dudebro, gooner brained, hookup culture version of Link in their heads from fanfic/rule 34 they consume and hate Zelda over a single cutscene from botw they took personally and don't understand what the point of that scene was, or think their dumb political headcanon should overwrite the actual plot because "ew cishets" "ew romance" or whatever other stupid as hell take they come up with to try and discredit an actually loving and positive relationship in fiction

You should have been the English Zelda VA. The fake accentuated Bri'ish voice in the official English version was scathing and made the cutscenes grating to watch, IMO. I couldn't play it in English. First game I ever played with French dub (the French Zelda VA nailed it) and it allowed me to keep the "read subtitles for dialogue as characters speak in Sims-speak" theme that the series has always had.
The animation is actually so well done! Amazing job! The voice actor for Zelda was pretty good too! I could totally see Nintendo doing an animated series based off this version of the characters.

Link using signs as a way to talk in your animations made me think of all the ways Link can possibly communicate with others, HSL being my favorite way he could.
Honest he just talks out loud. He's able to interact with some NPCs through dialogue options that couldn't be simply intuited, and I don't think the whole kingdom is fluent in sign language.

There are monstrous machines that can snipe you from miles away with lasers, and people continue about traveling and trading through the areas they occupy. People using a language that you don’t need to verbally speak makes a lot of sense to me
Which is saying something given how sleepy Links can be. Though funny enough I think Skyward Sword Link is the one that actually gets the most sleep due to its Day/Night mechanic.
@BeaglzRok1 I would say SS Link is defo the laziest, he relied on Zelda to wake him up for school and put off his assignments/practice till the last moment without her to push him to work lol. WW Link sleeps a lot but we never saw him shirking duties in favor of sleep like SS Link

As someone who has been so chronically sleep-deprived that I've struggled to think straight, and I've actually wanted to attack people making noise at night, I get where Zelda is coming from. But my first suggestion to her, before resorting to explosives, would be to roll Link over onto his side, and try to keep his head at a neutral angle. A lot of people stop snoring when their airways are open and unconstricted.
I appreciate how seamlessly the music is implemented. Very well executed. Until I read the credits, I thought you might have had a composer with how well timed some of the moments were.

Link talking was the scariest thing I have seen in a while, even if it was him trolling Zelda. To play devil's advocate for Zelda the way Link was sleeping a bomb flower was probably the right "humph" to wake him to tell him he is snoring to loudly.
My house, in Breath of the Wild, had all the elemental swords, ancient weapons, and Lynel shields on the walls. In Tears of the Kingdom, they were all gone. Figured out Zelda was also living there after reading that note.

my house in botw had all champions weapons and the hylian shield. Zelda definitely ate all my swords, bows and shields that was in my house
