Dude, You need to start working on that shop again. The weather here in Northwest Ar is great. Good working weather. I know you have to take care of your kids and you do, But working on the bathroom is something that needs to be done later in the year. You know when daylight is short and it is a little bit too cool outside. And the wife cooking the best stew, chicken, roast , chili ever. I have lived on my 1.9 acres in Fayetteville AR for 38 years and dreamed of a shop. Thousands of times imagined the layout. But time, money and life does not always let things happen.

Enjoy being able to change altitude while you can. We were in Colorado in our early 30s and had no problems. We went back 18 yrs later and I got a headache at 9,000 feet that didn't go away until we returned to lower altitudes. Pikes peak was rough. Mt Evans, which is taller, was no problem 18 yrs earlier.
