Thanks man. When I was a kid I basically only fished topwater. Now I almost never do it. I think topwater is easier to see and know what you're doing. Plastics require more skill and knowledge. Thanks for watching.
The jerkbait box. Front row left. White body, blue around the eyes that you touched is the Spence Scout. They came with blue and black around the eyes. We tore up bass in the 90s with them.
18:57 that sexy shad bait is a Cotton Cordell Crankbait that can be found at Walmart for $1.97 in the clearance bin. It's not a Wiggle Wart, but it's a great bait nonetheless!
I slayed small mouth and large mouth this summer in missouri with my spro rat. Probably 200+ with that one bait. They're amazing. It's completly ate up and they still kill it
You should keep plastics in their package so they dont dry off, that slimy stuff can help you catch fish and same with the salt. just to keep the baits fresh too.
They can be repackaged just add worm oil and plastic lure storage bags sold at Barlow's and Lure Parts Online. They're the laminated worm bags and come in different sizes.
Haha don't ever throw out lures unless they are completely unusable. I like trying to restore lures and also I don't have tons of money to spend on lures so if you ever are going to get rid of lures hit me up I'll take em. Thanks man haha
Yeah, no plans on tossing anything. Someone the other day was suggesting I should either give some away or throw them away, and I wondered, why would I just throw them away. Might do a giveaway at some point though.
Ahh, I forgot about that. I'll let you know if I do. I really need to go through those cause some of them are old and in rough shape. Need to get a bunch of new skirts.
I've expanded a bit too, so I might do a video on old lures. I wasn't sure if there was much interest but I've had a couple requests. It's a fun hobby on the side (and can be extremely expensive). I'll put together something this winter. Thanks for the idea!
Depends on where I'm fishing. It hasn't been in many of my videos, but I have a Stratos bass boat. So if I'm on my boat, I'll take the vast majority of baits along with me. If I'm fishing ponds/creeks, I pack a bag with baits designed for those smaller trips. Or if I'm going to my local lake, I'll just throw a bag of senkos in my pocket and go. Come spring, these baits will be split between my boat, pond bag, garage and truck.
Hmmm....good to know. I was actually just working on a jerkbait video and am looking for the best 110 alternative (and hopefully cheaper). Thanks for the tip!
That's funny man I don't fish near as much topwater anymore. Nice stuff man.

I don't know if they do I just Tx rig'em and drag. hahahaha.
so many lures and all so organized, very nice
Organized for now. It's winter and I'm bored. By summer next year it will be a mess again.
Double frog hook for your weedless Jitterbug, non screwlock variation.

Thanks man. Glad you enjoyed.

Agreed. The plastics in those boxes are super old, some 15 years+. Back then I just didn't know better. Now everything stays in the package.
yeah thats the way to do it.

WindyCityBassin well you said you were going to throw out some spinner baits so I was saying if you were actually going to I'd take them
Ahh, I forgot about that. I'll let you know if I do. I really need to go through those cause some of them are old and in rough shape. Need to get a bunch of new skirts.
Dang I'm so jealous, makes me wanna get a bunch of new tackle lok
Thanks for watching. I'm a bit of a tackle collector/hoarder.
LOL teased us with the swim baits.
What model of label maker do you use?
I love a spro frog
Me too. Not cheap, but I've had good hookup ratios with them.
You should do a video on you antique lure collection. I have a few but nothing like the few I saw of you collection, especially with all the boxes

Nice tackle review!
Now that are some serious hard baits!!👍👍 just subb.
What the point of that many baits if you can't even bring them all with you while fishing.
