What month was this video filmed? We're going to be tgere in just over 3 weeks and im starting to worry about what type of clothes to take especially for the evenings. Everyone in this video looks like they are wearing warm clothes in the evening.
This was March but we are in the middle of a heatwave. Later this week it will cool a little. However in 3 weeks it should be very hot in the day and maybeca cardigan but you won't need a coat. We was on the balcony all Sunday night till 2am in only t shirts, so you never can tell.
At resorts the world over, the main occupation now is "People Watching", I notice from this video holiday makers (not locals ) want pole position just to oggle, Thailand is just as bad.
Totally agree and i bet Thailand is just as bad.
Oh wish we had Iceland...we got pepco now...has English items cheaper than uk..odd !!

We live in Barcelona for most of year...rain and cold this week..got heating on...never been to Benidorm...we have so much here to do and go sitges for night outs.
Barcelona and Sitges, 2 great places. Myself and Jo did the Barcelona Marathon a few years back plus we drove all the way to Sitges to get our little blue staffy Candy.
Hello you was saying how bad the rubbish is in the uninhabited places and your disgust was clear, just wanted to point out that there are worse places in our country!
Totally agree but there are worse places all over the world. Doesn't mean I can't point it out as I actually live in Spain and love it here.

Absolutely, I always give the Strip and Square a very wide swerve, and by the looks of it so do the binmen and street cleaners. As you say the Old Town is lovely and you will hard pressed to find a better beach on the med than the Poniente.

@@neilperry2241 been there many times, it’s dirty, filthy dirty when the rest of the place is spotless. Drive along there often to see if it’s improved, but never hang around there. Some places in there, notably The Red Lion just feel down right dangerous. TBH the strip served a purpose when I was young, but now I find loads of places to go elsewhere in Benidorm, even to party.
If I had my way I would take a bulldozer and flatten calles Gerona, Lepanto, Ibiza, Mallorca, Cuenca and filipinos, and start again. Yet the overaged yobs who go there and the mobsters that work there would go everywhere and spoil my favourite places. That area serves its purpose.
I like the pun “talk crap” if that was what you intended, but I know what I am on about, I live nearby.
I went to Benidorm once and said I will never be back it’s a absolute skanky place the Old Town is lovely but the Strip was nothing but drunks and fighting. Never again

It's gone upmarket over the last few years.
Shame really, you just have to give the strip and the streets off and behind it a miss. Every city has it’s dodgy areas and there is plenty of fun to be had and nice people to be found elsewhere in town.
