How does it take 10 minutes to realize when it's a Justice League comic? They have always fought the Legion of Doom. Although, I did initially think it may be a Doomsday story, since Legion of Doom is such a throwback. Lol
The DCEU has soooo much material to work with to make their movies impeccable. Hopefully they pick it up, they’ve had some bright spots here and there.

+Eric Alvarado I agree with everything you stated. DC has about eighty years of rich storytelling, so in my opinion, they’d make bank at the box office with just basic material. It’s kind of crazy to think Batman’s previous films haven’t explored his detective skills in depth, at least that’s what I’m hearing the new upcoming film is focused on prioritizing. Sounds basic, but it’s what made the character as popular as he is, if done right, the DCEU will be back in business, with new fans gained.
The animated universe just got out of the flashpoint era with Apokalypse War, and the only other great story they covered was maybe the Killing Joke. The live action films are mostly garbage. Wish it weren't so but that's how it is. DCEU is wayyy behind even compared to the animations.

I don't find Hyper time confusing or difficult. All it means is that alternate time-lines exist, but there a certain anchor-point events they all pass through and thus exist in all alternate timelines. Between anchor points, they can be as wildly divergent as they want. I think it's an unnecessarily self-limiting concept though and risks having them paint themselves into a corner if they lose track of these anchors.

Perpetua's 'Horns' look a lot like the rune for Unity in Norse or Nordic.
I think I can help with the concept of hypertime. Its very similar to marvels branch reality theory. There are set moments that cannot be changed, they are permanent and will happen no matter what you do (your "point A" and "point B" explanation). The "curve" (as per your explanation) are the changeable moments. So we will always have the point A and point B situations or events but the journey there can travel down a different road (i.e. superman killing everyone or flash killing everyone.
So, if point A is "a hero is turned evil" and point B is "all heroes have been killed", it can either curve and travel the path of superman becoming evil, or curve and travel the path of the flash becoming evil.

Gale Peck - in Justice League No Justice, the second chapter of Scott Snyder’s JL right after Metal, you see the Omega Titans that came out of the Source Wall crack.
And in the middle of the JL run there is a backstory where essentially a black version of Marvel’s Phoenix entity also is behind the wall because the lore.
I think Snyder is playing on the Grant Morrison idea/maybe-joke that behind the Source Wall is Marvel Comics. Hence why the Omega Titans are near identical to Celestials and all that heavy homaging occurring with the cosmic world building.
I find it quite interesting that Hypertime is the same concept as a Dragon Break in the Elder Scrolls series... Coincidence?

DCs hyper time reminds me if multi dimension of string theory. According to string theory the universe can have multiple starting and ending points depending on how high the dimension is
Mm is not stronger than Supes. Remember Doomsday vs MM ? Doomsday said you're strong but your no Superman.
You can’t pick one random showing and then base it off that.
In fairness, MMH has never done well against Doomsday but no one has bar Superman.
If you compare average showings vs other S tiers, you’ll see the gap is not huge at all.
Plus, it’s not physical strength it’s power in general that Rob is referring to.
Think of it like this; yeah sure, MMH probably only has like 85-90% of Superman’s physical output - strength speed tank durability without boosting himself and without superman sun-dipping.
But he has all his other powers to the same extent plus solar system+ telepathy minimum, shapeshifting, telekinesis, invisibility, intangibility, etc.
So yeah
@@MrZboii agree. But is very easy for Supes to beat MM. Injustice used heat vision...was rather easy for him. Writers nake a huge diff. Too. Mm uses his telepathy then he is quite formidable. I thought i read somewhere that supes had telapathic blocks placed in his head by some other hero? Coujd b wrong. Mm doesnt have super speed. That is a huge advantage if supes can move faster than thought. Mm is def on Supes level and would prob beat him imo 4 x out of 10. I like manhunter butvto say he was stronger than Superman is overboard and certainly cheapens the man of steel imo.
david selawsky injustice isn’t canon and power levels were all over the place on that comic. MMH has never reacted that way to Heat Vision before or since so.
Superboy Prime’s heat vision was easily evaded by MMH in Crisis as well so there’s that too.
I’m not sure what comics you’ve been reading bro 😂 seems somewhat outdated. True, Martian Manhunter has put in telepathic defences himself into superman. He also has his Torquasm defences. However, they do not keep out J’onn who 9/10 has shown with alarming consistency that he can do what he likes with Superman’s mind, along with the whole justice league.
Again, I’m not sure where you are getting your information from, but most of the main justice league runs as well as MMH’s own runs have consistently shown how fast he is. He has consistently moved at lightspeed, kept up with the flash and superman etc. Even white martians have blitzed people like GL Kyle Rayner, Wonder Woman and Superman himself.
I can get you issue numbers for everything I’ve just said if you wish.

Canon non canon as i mentioned before, writers tend to write toward their biases. If mm was stronger on a pure strength level then Superman wouldnt b so super. Mm weakness is fire. Several times we see that simple fire hurts him badly. In teen titans when miss nartian overtakes him and says sorry uncle jhonn and places him in a psychic field of surrounded by fire. Doomsay simply punches mm into gas station and the explosion and fire put mm down easily. Mm phase shifting is awesone! Love it! Physically Mm is at 80 to 85 percent max of supes power. In death of superman...Superman has to fight Doomsday and protect society. He holds back entire movie until the end where love cuts him loose. Mm didnt last too long if i remember correctly. You may say he didn't try? He wasnt shown using his psychic powers. Writers wrote it that way. He was trying to get info on Doomsday then tried to protect Batman got one punched and that was it. Mm is def up there but not quite on Supermans level. Superman is the compass for all heroes. Mm is not as fast as Superman and superman is not as fast as the flash. Black adam and Shazam are as fast as Supes or faster. Mm is not. Writers may have written him to that level one time but not consistantly. My opinion Superman is tier 1. Mm 1A.
I am not into mm comics alone. Several sites show he has zero superspeed abilities yet i did find others that say he does have that ability. If so. Thank u for pointing that out. Watching animation and reading comics w mm in them i NEVER see mm using super speed. If He has it then he can put up a great fight to Superman. Althoug, supes is faster, stronger and has mm weakness as a superpower. (Heat vision) or fire created any way seriosly cripples him. That woukd b like mm having kryptonite eye beams. I do belive Supes was given mental blocks to psycic advisaries by someone..just cant remember. I have the utmost respect for Mm. Both cutting loose Supes takes it. Again it woukd come down to the writers. Mm can get into supes head somehow then could b game over. Supes thought and reaction times are faster than mm. Both beings are awesome in their own ways. Supes wins 6 out of 10 imo. Too beat supes is very impressive. I do place mm on that level as one hero that can beat Superman.

I think there are more comics on how Superman is WAY stronger than Martian Manhunter. Supes is the embodiment of strength in DC, Manhunter is good but literally took one hit from Orion and said it’s the hardest hit ever. He couldn’t fight Doomsday, he’s not on the same level
He is Superman with telepathy, telekinesis, intangibility, and shape shifting. He survived the blow from Doomsday that would have likely killed many other metas in his Bloodwynd form and only got taken out of the fight because his landing caused an explosion and fire is bad for MM.

I agree started reading and collecting since flash point. I think change was nice for dcu but they decided revert certain areas and i was okay with it....but it's Happen so often now im like ......yay 😒another revamp for characters and the universe. Little explained [Doomsday clock Dr.M talking about Supes history}----
More explained: Hyper time is simpler to understand if you think of it like this. Superman arrives on earth. That happens in every single timeline or alternate reality. He fights doomsday all of them and dies in all. Per pep messes with the time line and now in all of those superman arrives on earth but dies on impact in all of them now because hyper time was changed at the same time timeline wise for all of them. You have Crisis events happen in all of them, Thats what hyper time is.
So the reason why Jay doesnt know barry is because they went back to the time before flash existed. So they would have gone back in our time to the time of AFTER superman first appearing but before superman and they met for the first time. So she would have gone back to right before the very first reboot of time in D.C comics history.
BUT she also went into the time line of after that happened. She is affecting everything at the same time.
I hope some day this gets adapted into either part of a show or animated movie

So Batman knew the stakes.

Night comes and the rains still fall.
High beams from vehicles illuminated the streets. Cars splashed pedestrians walking the sidewalks.
Vagabonds and the less fortunate huddled around bond fires. The flames casting shadows on the ally walls.
Yandy and Omar gathered with family and friends at there house.
They laughed and reminisced celebrating Nicolia Knicker life.
After the families and friends leave Atom returns to take their daughter.
Yandy stands strong for their daughter knowing this was the best thing for her.
She hugs and squeeze her tightly. Seeming not to ever let go, before she kisses her forehead and lets go.
Omar and Yandy watch them.
They stay up listening to the O. Jay’s lights dimmed. Wreathes of flowers and other gifts left in front of their yard.
They fall asleep holding each other then wake the next morning.
The day dawns anew. The clouds dissipated leaving sunny and clear skies.
Omar gets ready for work heading to the construction yard, while Yandy goes shopping. They leave in separate vehicles.

Leaving their sons car in the yard. The clown theme paint job with shiny big rims.
She drives down the road smiling. A burden lifted from her that she never knew she was carrying.
A few cars ahead of her slow, their break lights brightening as they stopped. She stops and turns the radio applying makeup.
-Good morning Gotham City. I’m D J Envy, Charlemagne “the god”, and Angela Yee. And we are, the Breakfast Club. Here today to get your opinion on the life and death of Nicolia Knicker. If you don’t know the story of this young man or you’ve been living in an alternate universe here’s the Rumor Report with Angels Yee.”
“Right, So. It all began one night. The police had just arrived at the scene of a mans death. But further up the street reportedly was Nicolia Knicker selling those Riddler bar. Remember those?”
“Oh, I remember those. Riddle me this!”
Charlemagne flamboyantly sat forward to answer.
“Well yeah, anyways that’s when Officers say a disturbance began and they intervene to find Nicolia Knicker. A prominent suspect in the brutal murders of Edward Nygma and others. Everybody was burnt and authorities suspected a mutant. Well it turns out. That Knicker was in fact a mutant, with the ability to produce and control fire.”
“Didn’t he say he was innocent?”
“He did. He says that officers Pickles and Bean set him up. Framed him allegedly, they were corrupted and taking payments from the mob.”
“So, if he was innocent then why couldn’t anybody prove it?”
“That’s when things get shady. The two officers in question go missing. Then they are found brutally murder wearing pig masks.”
“Sounds like that nut, Professor Pyg. I’ll never understand. Why? Why, does Batman not just kill these scum? Huh?”
Charlemagne, tisk shaking his head as he presses key on his board.
“Come on Bats.You know you could have save him. But you didn’t. I know this must have the Mutant community in a hissy fit. It’s like messing with the LGBT community. You just do t do it. Can someone give the Dark Knight the biggest donkey of the day? Hehe.”
“He-haw, he-haw, you stupid motherf**ker are you dumb?”
“The Batman. Shame. Anyway so what else is going on in Gotham. I swear. I use to think all of the craziest people in America lived in New York and Florida. But I stand corrected. There is a place more Despicable than Gru. And this place is called Gotham. Now see if your from the marvel universe chances are you’ve never heard of it. Don’t worry I to once was ignorant. Lord knows I wish I still were, but. Now you to will be enlightened.”
Charlemagne went on his rant and tirade as D J Envy laughed looking into the camera.
“Least we not forget. This is were the M.R.A began. It was one of those same mutants. Which threaten and tried to assassinate presidential candidate Lex Luthor.”
D J Envy chimed in providing context.
“Oh, I remember. Yeah, that was crazy.” Angela Yee commented remembering.
“For those of you who don’t know what the M.R.A. is. It stands for Mutant Registration Act. A bill passed by those in our “wonderful” government in an attempt to oppress and suppress the power and voice of mutants. Now see mutants and blacks have similar circumstances. So as a black man. I support mutants. Don’t get me wrong. I understand that some can be a tad bit impulsive, but as a whole most mutant only have existential deformities. They have no other power or abilities other than they just look different. Sounds familiar?”
Charlemagne compared the two species and races.
“Now we have little green men running around Gotham helping the police. No, I’m not referring to Martians. I talking bout emeral green officers created by the green lantern corps.”
“Gotham just sound like the worst place you could raise a family. Sorry I’m just saying. Don’t hate the messenger hate the message.”
Charlemagne didn’t stop. He continues he speech of morals.
“I bet’cha Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark are good. Matter fact drop a bomb for Professor Charles Xavier and Erik Lennshir.”
Charlemagne clapped commending the two mutants.
“Those two brothers don’t get enough credit. In everything they do. Drop another bomb for Erik aka Magnus bka Magneto. I really thought he would have lost it after this one.”
Yandy continues to listen pulling into the supermarket.
