agreed,. I found the mechanics easy but my gear isn't good enough. I just can't do enough dps and end up dying from the spikes after the prayer shield phase
yeah I have bowfa (not full armor yet), zenytes, and trident of seas. Kills are a consistent 6 mins and if I play well I can sometimes get two kills in a trip. Haven't tried sapphire bolt tech yet, but I don't have a crossbow for dragon bolts so idk if it's worth. During melee phases I ice barrage instead of kite/thralls which might be inefficient but it's easier for sure. I think you're right that people who say it's easy are just overgeared.

I feel the drops on bosses is just getting rediculious. It makes me think that boss drops should be heavily nerfed item wise. Why skill when you can get more food/herbs bossing than training the skill? What if instead the bosses drop more GP, but drop like 1/4 the items? Then if you want to stock up on food/pots/etc you'll rely on skillers that make them.

I’m moving to a new apartment this friday and I’ll have my internet set up on monday which is gonna be so nice cause currently I actually can’t play osrs on my current internet.
Came back to the game two weeks ago and have been doing the same. Bit of skilling and getting a few quests done but already the herbs I was farming are crashing thanks to this. Makes me wonder if it's worth playing. I came back largely due to watching OSRS stuff on TH-cam but the game feels totally different. I enjoy a lot of the QoL updates for sure but the economy seems very off.
A new mid-game boss that drops loot that isn't just end-game gear? This is the kind of thing I like to see! I was always worried that the game would die out if they kept focusing only on end-game content.
Solo you need to have the new cllection log popups on in settings. I get endorphin boosts seeing them personally, but then you also know when you got a unique.
I don't know how this drop table passed QA. It's sending the prices of herbs and seeds to the shadow realm and printing GP like Zimbabwe printed money in 2008.

Im proud I figured that one out. I missed the first room however so I couldnt figure out the lock to the middle room so I locked that one up
