Beautiful. Looks simple enough big round with heart/leaf border in what to me looks like a type of tunisian crochet. I want to make this as the top of a round pillow cover.

I think maybe since I’m going to be using thicker yarn & a 4.5mm hook then maybe it will make your coaster pattern big enough for a dishcloth? Since 100% cotton is a little harder to work with because it has no stretch I’m hoping I can do it…. Wish me luck 😂

I gave up on making these as I was having a difficult time following the video. I even showed it down as slow as I could. It would be very helpful if there was audio explaining as they go along. Even subtitles would have been helpful. I really liked these placemats and was very disappointed that I couldn't make them.
Hi! thank you for the tutorial, the placemat looks amazing!. Did someone understand how to do the hearts? Im a beginner and everything else went smoothly but those got really confusing to me

Diameter of small one: 7+7 = 14 cm
Diameter of big one: 14+14 = 28 cm
How can I make it for 20 or 24 inch diameter?
just increase the number of white rows to the diameter you like, and then do the leaves as shown in the video
