Not boring at all! Far too many unrealistic “perfect” videos out there. I’m due in January, i’m sure nothing will prepare me. But this certainly helps. Definitely think combined feeding might help me. Hope you’re getting more sleep and great job 👏🏼 hopefully you’re both getting more sleep! X
I've really enjoyed your video- it's honest and realistic rather than making it out its all perfect. I'm due in November so really useful. Thank you so much ❤ x
The most infuriating thing as a new mom is ‘sleep when baby sleeps’ but we want to eat have a shower do anything we can’t do as a baby is on us then you blink and they’re awake for there next feed 😡😡
I don’t understand why mums say that the dad can’t feed the baby when the mother is breast feeding all you have to do is pump your milk and make her a bottles up for dad to do it’s what I did when I was overtired because the more tired you get that’s when you can get postnatal depression and fall I’ll. I still breast fed but I would let dad help with bottles of my milk when I would need rest which is so important and also a good bonding time for dad and baby
Some babies don’t take to bottles- also midwives where I live don’t recommend introducing a bottle until the earliest at 6 weeks (to make sure breast feeding is established) if you are wanting to breastfeed your baby. Everyone one and family is different so some things work for some and not for others. Some mothers also want to exclusively breastfeed. I guess everyone is different. However from my past experience I definitely won’t be afraid to introduce a bottle next time round. It’s great you’re going to be able to share the load 😊
Also it’s good for baby’s to cry don’t pick them up straight away I no it seems mean but it’s not honestly you will have a child hanging off you if u pick them up every time they cry

Exactly! It's really not helpful advice at all x
I’m so sorry the midwives brushed it under the rug. You poor thing 😢

Agree this is what I’m going to do with me and my partner even if it’s just one bottle during the night

Also pumping can be really hard for some people and not work so it’s not always that easy for everyone.

Sleep when she sleeps in the day
