Also it didn’t seem like the water was badly blocked, didn’t see a big build up stream terrible loss of habitat! A single channel would have worked if it was really necessary
This looks like it could be just the job for young juvenile offenders, especially if they have to come back day after day till their sentence is served.

Then they need ta take down all the dams in creeks and rivers they're disrupting the echo system the dams is stopping the fish species that used ta occupy the water beds up stream n the dams have stopped them from going upstream where they're usually hangout n spawn newborns n removing the grass from the falls is keeping the water from getting blocked and causing flooding and erosion along the banks
The authorities should definitely get involved. Let us know where you live so we can send them to do a wellness check. I'm concerned you may be a threat to yourself and those around you.

Hyacinth lilies need to be eradicated. Nigeria has a good program to skim off top of dams, put in barges and use in making cardboard packing boxes
