that first room is exactly what I'm looking for when I get to Cebu in February. Especially the view, I love the ocean scenery. I was going to stay in a condo in either IT Park or Business Park, but if I can only get this style condo at Mactan, then that's where I'll stay. My concern is the construction going on between you and the ocean. If that building is going to be tall, it will block your wonderful view, not to mention the noise for a long time. Is this place pet friendly, I'd love to have a kitten as my companion.
Hi Jim, Some of the Towers at Mactan Newtown are pet friendly. But I do understand wanting to be near IT Park. I love going to the terraces at the Business Park. Shopping , Restaurants, everything is there.
@@whereisgregnow5989 the more I think about it, living in mactan would be perfect, then just do a trip to IT Park and walk around all day, and then come back to a great condo. that way I'm not just living in my condo. but that's the main reason I'm moving to cebu, to live on my own and do what I want whenever I want.

When I did stay for just a few nights I did pay approximately 3k pesos per night. I really do like the location. Always cheaper to rent by the month if you like the area. Thanks for the comment.
