    You are a gem. I bought this planner last year after watching your video but also wanted to do FlyLady. I work full time & have 3 little kids so need organization & routine. I was overwhelmed with trying to do both & ended up doing neither!
    So glad I found this video. Will try again in 2025!

    Printing the extra checklists is a brilliant idea! Thanks for sharing!

    Great job with the PPP and Flylady system. I use both although I am retired and don't do a great job with either. I admit to not doing the weekly home blessing but I always know what zone we are in and that's where I start. I do as much as I can and the next week move on. I am so old I remember Pam and Peggy's card file system. Instead of the checklists for each zone I use the 3X5 cards. I have a file box with a divider for each room and that's where I keep track of the items on you have on your checklists.

    First, freaking hilarious that you don't need a reminder to drink your coffee in the morning. 😂 Amen, me neither!! Second, I wish I had found you a few months ago when I bought my Penny Pincher Planner. Like I said in another comment, I'm a serial planner buyer, but then they just sit there and never get used. I made a couple half hearted attempts on this one, but it's 99% blank. I also used to use FlyLady religiously almost 20 years ago, but dropped off a few moves ago. I think things like this were way easier for me before the internet and my cell phone could distract me so much. I've saved this video so I can refer back to it as I work to make my planner match FlyLady. Thank you!!

    I bought the PPP and I stopped using it because I felt it wasn’t “perfect” thank you for this video! I think I might try using it again! You’ve really shown how it can totally work for Fly Lady

    I hope to do as well. I am a new subscriber. I too have been a fly lady follower, I am not there yet. I started as a fly baby in Maryland. I have lived here for nearly 20 years, not in Maryland. So we are talking about 30ish years. I still am not doing what all I need to do. I am hoping this is my year. I am 66 years old and ready to get my house ready for my golden years. I plan on getting a Penny Pincher Planner this coming year. I am so excited.. you might would be a part of that! Thank you

    I love the layout of the planner, I just wish it was tailored specifically to Flylady.

    Do the zones coorilate with the weekly home project schedule or the spring cleaning/yard and home maintenance schedule at the beginning of the PPP planner? I bought and red The Sidetracked Home executive about 8 years ago and made my card tin, it still sits in my drawer in the kitchen, ive had a PPP planner 3 years now, and downloaded flylady app a few month ago (but hate being tied to my phone, its a problem). I like the extra prints, though, for the zones if they don't match up with what is already in the planner. Someday, I will check more boxes than not. 😆

    • @CarryGrace
      @CarryGrace  หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, the projects in the PPP schedule do not match up to the zones. If you will send me an email at nikki.carrgrace@gmail.com , I will send you a free printable that you can use to create a project schedule that will match the zones. OR when you ordered your PPP planner you should have also received a digital copy of the planner. There is a page in there that is meant for goals. You can print that out at 80% and fill it in with your own projects to make them line up with your zones and add it to one of the pages in your planner.

    How long do you spend a day on routines, weekly home blessing tasks, and zone cleaning?

    • @CarryGrace
      @CarryGrace  ปีที่แล้ว

      Have you seen this video? th-cam.com/video/kDg_3CMwc7Y/w-d-xo.html It’s a FULL day of Flylady Routines. I’m not sure exactly, I mostly do things 15 mins at a time here and there. Roughly 15mins for AM routine, 15-30 mins for PM routine bc it includes cleaning the kitchen after dinner, 15 mins for zone cleaning. Weekly Home blessing should only take 1 hour if you do it all on one day. Or you can split the tasks up and only spend about 10 mins on each task. I hope that helps.

    How do you incorporate the monthly focus into the PPP planner?

    • @CarryGrace
      @CarryGrace  ปีที่แล้ว

      The Flylady Monthly Focus? I don’t normally do those, but I would probably add it to the list on the Monthly page.

    How do the weekly home blessing tasks and your zone cleaning work together? I’m confused and it feels daunting trying to do both.

    • @CarryGrace
      @CarryGrace  ปีที่แล้ว

      The weekly home blessing is a quick clean each week of the main areas in your home. This is maintenance cleaning. It should only take about an hour to do it all or you can spread the tasks out and only spend about 10 on each one. Zone cleaning is your DEEP Cleaning. This is where you are spending 15 mins each day (I only do this 4 days a week) and work through your zone cleaning tasks.

    • @CarryGrace
      @CarryGrace  ปีที่แล้ว

      I recommend that you start with JUST AM/PM routines first. Then add in the Weekly HOME blessing. When that feels comfortable, start adding in your Zone cleaning. If your home is cluttered, don’t zone clean yet. Use those 15 mins each day to work on decluttering in whatever zone you are in. Once you have decluttered, you can start zone cleaning.
