Pari, in my CGFNS report, my employment history is only of UK which I'm currently working. But in IQN portal, they ask about employment history of last 10 years. So do I only write UK as in CGFNS report or I can mention other employment I did back in my home country as RN?

Hi , as long as your UK employment fulfills the requirement per NCNZ , you should be fine.
