I transitioned from I Am Athlete to The Pivot like it was nothing. These guys banter is entertaining and enlightening at the same time.
They all compliment each other’s personalities, RC is the mediator, Channing is the wild one that asks the non politically correct questions and then Fred asks the deeper more introspective questions

I'm a fan of The Pivot and I Am Athlete. I'm glad both podcasts are thriving because they both have great content. I hope folks don't try to pit the shows against each other and just support these brothers.

I love the Pivot Channing is Gold frfr Fred is amazing in breaking down the jewels and giving that wisdom and RC connects everything effortlessly. The Brandon Marshall show lost some real ones and they should’ve did more but I’m glad that they moved on and created this show. I watch all the time keep it going brothers! #paythemen

There is no bringing down of the culture in what I said I am uplifting what they do. I’m sure Brandon may be kicking himself on the way things were handled with these men. But regardless both have great shows and I’m glad that they “Pivoted” and started their own thing.

Brandon Marshall has a show call I am athlete which they were original all apart of the show was started through the pandemic as just friends getting together and starting a podcast until things blowup and they were extremely successful. When they all had to come back to the table to figure out the plans of the show and money things changed and some people were disrespected. This new show is a creation of their disagreement of the pst show and is doing well

You have to think like that so your content is never watered down as if you’re trying to meet a certain group where they are. You guys are bringing great content and I can tell you properly prepare in order to bring quality to the brand.

Firstly Great Interview. Been a fan of these guys for a minute now and I'm glad they're catching all their wins. What they ALL did at I AM ATHLETE was INCREDIBLE but also what is being done right now at The Pivot with the addition of Ryan has been PHENOMENAL. I truly appreciate these men. They have just opened another path of Talk. As a youngin Oprah was the one you would listen to, she was the living book and now as a young adult to listen to men speak this way and openly is beautiful. Great interview , happy to see them on majaor platforms🔥🔥🔥. That "I am athlete" podcast was legendary when they was on there. Basically seem like Brandon ego got in the way and wanted to control everything while being disrespectful. I like how they "Pivot" lol and continued to move forward. I tune into "Pivot" way more, Brandon just be on some other shit, especially when he was doing weeks of them NASCAR episodes😭

You are both wrong. Fred andChanning was initially happy to get out of the house during the pandemic. They said it themselves. They were probably thinking I’m about to make some side money chopping it up like we normally do with the fellas. Brandon had the master plan all along and invested his own money in the “I am Athlete” company. Fred and Channing saw it blow up and expected more or that their friend would just break them off when it was just business. Brandon took all the risk and these guys were just the talent. It’s not normal for an owner to relinquish ownership to the talent. NFL owners aren’t handing out shares to players. Im sure the Kraft family didn’t offer Brady part ownership for the 6 chips and millions he made them for his part.
I like both shows and believe they have their own lane and it’s in large part to B Marshall. They just didn’t do the business side right and they admitted on several shows now.
I hope as black men they can squash it and make peace. You can’t ask a guy like Beasley to forgive and reach out to people for himself and the culture when they aren’t doing it and got a blessing from it.
Probably more excited to see them on here than their own show! Enjoying where we are as a culture…

I would love to see Marquise & his girl Morgan. Both great athletes at Texas, Olympian, NFL and off field the story of their miscarriage and then having the Covid season to deal with, and becoming parents after dealing with it all.
The pivot came out with an episode last week with Aaron Ross former NFL athlete and his wife Sanya Richards Ross former Olympian. Both were former athletes at Texas as well and she actually spoke about her having an abortion early in their relationship. Good episode.

I try to stay away from drama. I still watch both shows, but knowing they were did wrong from the other show doesn't sit well with me. They were more than just colleagues, thier wives hang out with each other too. Glad they are all doing good, but man, money issues never ends.

Lmaooo! So they were on I am Athlete podcast and left bc the business wasn't right. I am Athlete started w Brandon Marshall, Chad Johnson, Channing & Fred. It's a good podcast but Brandon was chasing the bags and had solo ambitions. So C & F left and created the pivot podcast w Ryan.

They have done other interviews explaining it but long story short Brandon felt it is was him above the rest and the shit ain't fly with them. The paperwork was fucked up behind repair, listen to the T.O. interview on the Pivot they talk about it as well shit T.O. still want to run a fade with Brandon.
