He could have done with using that meat thermometer when he undercooked this turkey. Then he says about giving extra cooking time when at the same time he undercooked it.
Its a roaming turkey so its a working muscle and as such a different color when cooked... just skip forward to the close up its defiantly cooked tho could of done with some more time Chicken and turkey meat IS NOT suppose too all be the same color or texture its only that way because chickens and turkeys are either caged or packed into warehouses so tightly they can bearly move around
@ its not so much an opinion they just made an observation failure Because chicken for example cooks and turns white LONG before the parasites are killed off and they didnt notice its just a working muscles cooked color
@Johnaubreyduncan sorry.but the meat of a turkey has to be white not pink.this undercooked turkey is the most disgusting thing i ever saw on a cookery slot.
Not just the legs though is it .the breastmeat is pink.there is blood in the middle of it in the centre. Yuk.he mentions dark meat when in fact the whole of the turkey meat is the same.

She would have gone to Iceland...😊
I know salmonella isn’t a problem in The U.K. but that pink meat is troubling to us here in The States, lol.
It's obviously undercooked.
Its fine, its how I like my Chicken, medium rare.
That red haired woman is trying her best not to just walk up on stage and be like " come the f on now!! This is ridiculous!"
Even the cat would turn up its nose at that .😂
3 days ago the guy came to the studio with a turkey and 3 days later or today there is now a turkey for carving...
Coincidence?...
Listen to these Numptys then u got problems.
Anyone else get fed up of dermot and josie talking and just wanted him to get on with the carving 😂
Having looked at the turkey I prefer the talking.
Dermot grimacing arms folded says it all.his face is a picture looking at the horribly undercooked turkey.
The legs are not cooked they are still pink I would not eat it

Well, I think we will all sleep at night knowing you opinion.

@@jonirnmomba4130Wow, rude!
Its perfectly cooked
Far too pink for me.
It looked disgusting.
Very undercooked,I wouldn’t even touch it never mind eat it,obviously rushed for the sake of the segment.
Not under cooked. Think about the inside of a pork pie. Fully cooked meat is not always white/gray.
@Johnaubreyduncan sorry.but the meat of a turkey has to be white not pink.this undercooked turkey is the most disgusting thing i ever saw on a cookery slot.
@@kimgrant3879 as I have said, just because the meat looks pink, doesn’t mean it’s not cooked, just like a pork pie.
Its not cooked horrible.
Bet josie probably thought it wasnt cooked too.notice neither is eating any of it.
Can people stop going on about the turkey legs they are dark meat, they are never white.
Not just the legs though is it .the breastmeat is pink.there is blood in the middle of it in the centre. Yuk.he mentions dark meat when in fact the whole of the turkey meat is the same.
The whole turkey is undercooked.
Can't stand this Programme & that pretend Irish Cant.
Hate that undercooked turkey even more.
