Man, Floor's voice is just unmistakable, when you hear it your brain just start kicking those pleasure endorphins, and you are putty in her hands. Doing this more mainstream covers has brought so many not just to hear her but Nightwish. Her home country, she is selling out stadiums now where a few years back, they never heard of her or Nightwish. She is bridging the gap for many that just see metal as screaming angry guys, with loud guitars. Nice reaction.
Thanks for the original. It really shows how Floor takes this song to a whole new level. She can sing this song with a tender mixed vocal or just belt it out! I am convinced that Floor's Musical Theater training is a big part of what sets her above the average vocalists.
As often happens the songs she choose are not my cup of tea, this one doesn't make exception, even if it's a good song. But she always add some magic, and I don't know how, I love all of them. Tomorrow Floor will record her solo show, and after some postproduction, she will upload it to her YT channel, can't wait to see it not recorded with a smartphone.
You can sense in everything she does, that she had a very good music theater education. Combined with her talents, she can bring a song to life like no other. Thanks for including the original song! I never heard of this band either. But I can say that I really, REALLY like them. They sound awesome! And, of course, then our Valkyrie Goddess pushes it over the top into the stratosphere!

What can I say. Floor on stage is pure magic. And it's so much fun hearing her speak Dutch (I'm also Dutch)...After those 3 shows your reaction is a healthy form of rehab for me, Thanks!

I experiance that all the layers of reacting(tors) give a better and better inside and understanding in our fenominal Floor and her 'brothers in arms' before Nightwish, inside Nightwish and beside/next to Nightwish, the artisans and brainstormers. Your take on this gave an extra big layer to me in following the creative proces and certainly the technical aspekt. I can imagine/fantasice that after making Oblivion the innercrowd saying; "Floor here is so much new potential with that instument of yourse, your voice, the way you sang it - you must do more with it!'' ''Do you now Agape from Kadawatha, it fits the profile perfectly!'' Hannes, the talented director from the clips, Tommy Johanson the arranger +, and Tuomas Johansson, the mixer. They are all from Sweden, Floor lives in Sweden and knows the scene... Kadawatha is/was from Sweden and they are all musicians. Its my fantasy, but it could have hapent this way... and not. Thanks again, i loved it!
I really have to listen that band too, even if I like more the Floor version. I am a Nightwish fan anyway, so a little bit heavier version sounds better to me. I liked the airy sounds of Kadawatha anyway.

Wonder if anyone would be watching her in US, if she'd do a musical role in Broadway⁉️ When I went to Kadawathaband's YT-page it had 650 subs. Last tweet I found was from 2016, I did not start to follow them. Hope they have energy to gather again.

Kwadawatha is a Swedish band , and for me this song is good , i have only seen it , when Floor did her cover, but then it is Floor's song now :D

Takeaway from this- Floor is a freaking siren, but we all knew that! But the original song is actually a new find for me and I loved it.
