Looks like sulphuric acid then ammonia or nitric probably nitric based on the orange gas color. Then water in the sprayer...? Then who knows, maybe sodium carbonate for a flux, or borax?
It's best not to melt them down they are worth much more as game pieces / cars for racing and or as collectibles, then the dust can be either used for coloring pieces or melted for metal recovery.
